Event on 2017-01-13 19:30:00
We are pleased to announce our 14th annual McCallum Benefit Fashion Show — WAVES benefitting the Settlement Home for Girls and McCallum Visual Arts Department. The show is produced by the students to showcase their many extraordinary talents. The 6 Directors and 3 newly selected interns, 8 Designers, and 45 Models represent the diversity of the students at McCallum High School. Planning for the show has consistently been a year round process that takes countless hours of collaboration and support from the entire McCallum community and this year has been true to the past. The student designers have created collections inspired by their favorite music genres. This year, professional designers have mentored the students and will join them on the runway. Daniel Esquivel, Linda Asaf, and Sally Daneshjou of Austin will feature their eponymous lines and Sarah Jones of Dallas will showcase her line, STATUS.
