Financing a car in the Dallas TX area with bad credit?

Question by Proud Mommy: Financing a car in the Dallas TX area with bad credit?
My husband and I don’t have the best credit because we was stupid when we was younger but we have really good jobs now. We are looking to get a new used car but don’t want to get turned down a bunch because it will go against our credit. Does anybody know any good car lots that finance people with not the best credit in the Dallas area?

Best answer:

Answer by N
There are hundreds, Im sure.

All are really bad deals and you should AVOID at all costs.

Scrape up as much as you can in cash and buy a car for cash.

At least that way when it breaks down on you, you don’t still owe for 2.5 years and ensure your credit is bad for another 7+ years.

We were thinking the Gaylord Texan? But we want a good nightlife with plenty of women around…

Ha..I live in Arlington, thats where the new Dallas cowboys stadium is in, Gaylord is pretty far away..around 30 minutes witht the highway..If you want a good night life..try checking Downtown Dallas and see if any hotels are available..
it also depends what you mean..as a cool hotel??..is there really such a thing?
..haha..hmm..Gaylord is fun actually..so if you feel like drving 30 minutes to the stadium..and waiting another 40 minutes to get parking there which cost from 40-80..or maybe more dollars..depending on where you want to park.. be my guest..
you should check out.. Crowne Plaza Suites by Arlington..theyre nice looking..sometimes they got some stuff going down at the lounge..but then again..it is a hotel.
but night life..definitely downtown dallas..plenty of clubs you can go to..from club Purgatory to club Karma..
well..I hope this helped out..

Q&A: I need ideas of things to do for a late twenties married couple while in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area Dec. 25-28. ?

Question by Kristen C: I need ideas of things to do for a late twenties married couple while in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area Dec. 25-28. ?
We will be visiting family, but I don’t really want to be spending the entire time sitting in a hotel room reminiscing with my mother and her husband or my mother-in-law and father-in-law. Anything fun to do around Christmastime would be greatly appreciated. Any cool bars and/or restaurants good for just hanging out and relaxing? Or anything free to do around the city?
Any more suggestions?
Not country related suggestions I should say…
